RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds. Store credit or exchange only.
- You have 10 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return, or initiate an exchange by email.
- Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, Holiday, flash sale, and sale items are FINAL SALE. To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a credit one time, that item is now final sale.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a gift card via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.
